This reinforced 3-element telescopic slide in galvanised steel offers total extension.
Highly resistant, it has reinforcing balls that absorb crushing and torsional moments.
It is designed for very heavy loads in applications requiring a very strong slide.

Warning:
It is imperative to respect the direction of assembly between the fixed and mobile slides.

Applications

This guide runner is highly resistant, both in terms of its cold-drawn profiles and its operating stops, which are fitted with damping springs on closing. It is designed for sliding drawer applications with very heavy loads. It can also be used to make transfer locks. Fitted with reinforcing balls, it can also be mounted flat. Bear in mind that flat mounting results in significant deflection. Recommended operating temperatures: -20 to 80°C. After adaptation in the factory, we can go from -50 to 250°C. Flat mounting: Risk of friction between profiles. Flat mounting also causes significant deflection. Use shims (not supplied) to increase the spacing between the elements to avoid friction due to the deflection. This product can be used as a telescopic leg, battery drawer runner, furniture runner, telescopic gangway guide rail, resistant bar or rod, tool cabinet or workshop telescopic table runner, suspended rail, translational guide, heavy-duty drawer runner or horizontal guide.

It is supplied as standard with a 12-micron thick white zinc anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent resistance to salt spray tests. It is fitted with spring-loaded shock absorbers. Maintenance

As standard, our slides are delivered lightly greased from the factory. We use a high-pressure bearing grease for steel slides, and a white grease for aluminium and stainless steel slides. On request, we can use a food-grade grease (cleanroom compatible), a high-temperature grease, a Teflon-free grease (paint booths) or a greaseless assembly (although we do not recommend this option). Food-grade grease, combined with stainless steel balls, offers an economical alternative to all-stainless steel slides.

Options

Manual locking system There is currently no internal locking option. Double development (DD) E1012DD the slide opens on both sides. This makes it possible to create transfer locks, for example. High temperature use (oven type) This model can be used in high-temperature environments up to 250°C. However, some adaptations are necessary:
  • freedom of assembly to allow elements to expand without blocking the slide
  • use high-temperature grease
  • remove all plastic components
These adaptations to the slides must be made in the factory. It is therefore important to inform us when requesting a quotation and to allow for a manufacturing lead time. Zinc plating deteriorates above 120°C, so we can offer you other solutions. Modification of the standard Development: this model can be increased by 10% or decreased. An increase in development reduces the maximum permissible load.
